Engage Service Desk 2.2.2

The Engage Service Desk App offers users continuous, 24/7 access to the current status of their help and support requests.

Existing INHS-Engage clients are already familiar with the ability to contact support via phone or email for updates on their tickets at any time. The iOS-based Service Desk application introduces an additional means of obtaining up-to-the-minute information regarding service requests. It provides direct access to the issue tracking database, enabling users to monitor recent activity, submit new support requests, or request status updates conveniently through their iPhone or iPad.

For instances where describing a technical issue might be challenging — for example, identifying an unresponsive device connected to a PC — users can simply capture and submit a photo using their device’s camera. Additionally, the app supports push notifications to inform users when their requests are completed or when additional information is needed.

This application is exclusively available to INHS-Engage Service Desk customers.
